Where are you located?

We are a licensed cottage foods bakery in the city of Los Angeles. We do not have a brick and mortar shop.

Where are your cookies available?

We pop up with our cookie cart around Los Angeles. Follow along with us on Instagram and TikTok to stay up to date on pop-ups! You can also email us at hellocookiecrewe@gmail.com if you have an order inquiry.

How much is on-site catering?

$150/hour for our team member to be on-site to pass out cookies (plus the cost of the actual cookies).

Need cookies for a specific date?

We take a limited number of orders per month and can take on catering events with one week’s notice. Simply fill out our contact form or shoot us an email at hellocookiecrewe@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

Where did your company name come from?

We love cookies and the “crewe” part of our name pays homage to the street that our founder grew up on, where she baked dozens and dozens of cookies over the years!

Do you take custom orders?

It depends! Send us an email at hellocookiecrewe@gmail.com to provide details of what you’re looking to create and we’ll see if we can make it happen! We do not create custom iced/decorated sugar cookies.

Do you offer delivery?

Not for individual orders, but you can always pick up an order at a pop-up! For on-site catering/drop-off service, we do offer delivery.

Do you ship?

Not at this time.
