MEET OUR FOUNDER

HOLA!

I’M NICOLE.

I am the award-winning baker and founder of Cookie Crewe. I was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, CA, and our name pays homage to the street that I grew up on. My grandma, who was born in Mexico, began teaching me how to bake when I was just seven years old, and it has become my true passion over the years. Each cookie on my menu is a celebration of my Mexican culture and features my own take on some of my favorite nostalgic sweet treats iand flavors n cookie form.

Fun fact: I competed on a Hulu's first-ever baking competition show, "Baker's Dozen," and won against some of the best professional and home bakers in the country!
